About us
Based in the beautiful Lune Vally countyside on a Farm, we provide a quality grooming service to cater for all breeds. We are one to one which means I can put all my care and attention into your dog. We ensure that the dogs have a comfortable and fun experience, with lots of cuddles and wagging tails. We can adapt all our grooms to meet your dog’s needs from when they are little puppies to elderly dogs.
I am based at ‘The Dog Pod’ which is my Home Studio on the Farm, just outside Halton, Lancaster. Open Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5.
Megan’s Story
Growing up on a farm, I have always had a passion for caring and handling animals. From a young age, I have gained experience in many workplaces providing care and promoting animal welfare standards. I have worked at a Public Open Farm, The Wildlife Oasis Zoo and a Local Kennels. I continued my educaction at Myerscough College where I pursued my passion and studied Animal Management. My main focus at college was specialising in Dog Handling, this gave me the idea to consider Dog Grooming as a career. I am a Experienced Dog Groomer and have ran my own grooming business now for over 3 years.
Qualifications:
Level 3 City and Guilds, Diploma in Dog Grooming - Distinction
Level 3 City and Guilds, Diploma in Animal Management - Distinction
Pet First Aid Certificate
